Irvine, CA---The VECTOR SERIES™ Manual Slide Table Assemblies, when integrated with an industrial ink jet printer, offer a low-cost alternative to manual screen printing, rubber stamping or pad transfer marking of individual parts.

Manual slide tables are ideal for product marking, ink jet printer maintenance and calibration, engineering laboratories and low volume applications. Operation is simple. The operator places a part down on the flat table against one of the adjustable stops provided, ensures that the ink jet printer is loaded with the appropriate print message and then manual activates the slide assembly using hand motion. The non-contact mark is automatically applied to the part during the manual hand motion of the slide assembly.

The P/N 10007331 Vector Series Manual Slide Table Assembly features an 8.0” x 8.0” anodized flat table, 6.0” of travel in the X-direction, a vertical z-axis coarse adjustment of 10.75” and a fine adjustment of 3.00” and an integrated encoder assembly. The maximum product weight is 50 lbs. The flat table is drilled and tapped on 1” centers for the positioning of up to seven (7) corner location tooling plates. A handle is provided to allow the operator to safely move the manual slide assembly without having to physically touch the part(s) or flat plate assembly.

An integrated encoder is provided to ensure consistent marking at varying flat table motion speeds. Proper trigger of ink jet printer is achieved by adjusting the internal product detect sensor mechanism. A provision for ink jet printer umbilical hose management is provided. Supports most industrial ink jet printers. The printhead mounting arm supports industrial ink jet printers from a wide variety of manufacturers – Videojet, Imaje, Domino, Metronic, Lynx, etc. Optional dual printhead mounting arms are available.
